Scope

These terms apply to the public Nebulix website and public inquiry forms. They do not govern any paid services, pilot deployments, hardware deliveries, support commitments, or customer projects. Those require a separate written agreement.

Nebulix is currently a pre-incorporation project. Legal entity details will be added once the entity has been formed.

Business Users Only

The website, early-access process, and contact forms are intended for companies, public-sector organizations, and other professional users. They are not intended for consumers or private personal use.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general information about the Nebulix project. It is not a binding offer, guarantee, warranty, service description, or legal, technical, or procurement advice. Features, availability, architecture, and positioning may change.

Early Access

Early access is non-binding, invite-only, and subject to Nebulix review. Submitting a form does not create an entitlement to access, services, pricing, hardware, support, or any future commercial relationship.

We may accept, reject, prioritize, pause, or discontinue early-access discussions at our discretion.

Pricing Estimates

Any pricing calculator, estimate, or example shown on the website is non-binding and for orientation only. Final pricing, scope, configuration, taxes, availability, and commercial terms require a separate written agreement.

Submissions and Feedback

By submitting a form or sending us feedback, you confirm that you are allowed to share that information with us. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or data about third parties unless you have the right to do so.

We may use non-confidential feedback, requirements, and use-case descriptions to evaluate, improve, and develop the Nebulix project without owing compensation or creating exclusivity.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, or use the forms for spam, security testing, scraping, or automated abuse.

Intellectual Property

Website content, trademarks, product names, copy, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for its intended informational purpose, but no rights are granted except where expressly stated.

Liability
