Nebulix is currently a pre-incorporation project. Until a legal entity has been formed, this website is operated by the Nebulix project team. Privacy requests can be sent to info@nebulix.cloud.

No data protection officer has been appointed at this stage.

What We Process

When you visit this website, technical data may be processed to deliver, secure, and measure the website. This can include IP address, request metadata, browser and device information, page views, referrer information, timestamps, and performance data.

When you submit a form, we process the information you provide, such as name, email address, company, use case, message, the form source, and a submission timestamp. Sales requests from the calculator may also include the selected capacity, contract term, GPU requirement, estimated node count, and orientation pricing shown by the calculator. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential customer data through the public forms.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

Purposes and Legal Bases

We process website technical data for delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and aggregated website analytics based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We process form submissions and emails to respond to requests, evaluate early access, discuss potential business use cases, and take steps before entering into a possible future agreement under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you explicitly subscribe to product updates or a newsletter, we use your contact details for those communications based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Early-access communications may include product updates related to the request you submitted.

Service Providers

The website is hosted and measured using Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is intended to provide privacy-first, cookie-free analytics.

Public form submissions are handled through Getform. We may also use standard email services to receive and respond to inquiries. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent providers under their own legal obligations.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Retention

We keep inquiry and early-access submissions only as long as needed for the purposes described above. As a practical baseline, we aim to delete or anonymize inactive inquiries within 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a shorter or longer period is required for legal, security, or documentation reasons.

Newsletter or product-update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Technical logs and analytics data are kept according to the applicable provider settings and only for as long as needed for security, operations, and analytics.

Your Rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For a German project, the competent authority depends on the final establishment location.

Changes

We may update this privacy information as the project, providers, analytics setup, or legal entity details change.
